P-58 Naval Pattern Enfield Rifle (a/k/a "Two Bander') Bogus ?
Nov 20, 2009 - 10:25 PM - by OldKingCrow
I did some searching here and in a few books...... am I correct in understanding the repop Italian "two band" 1858 NAval Pattern Enfield Rifle is /was not of ACW provenance and no amount of "defarb" work will get it right.

I have direct ancestoral connection to that rifle but don't want it if the modern variant is an ersatz representation.
