1 USB2 U.S. Mid-Late War Belt (Has Brass Clip keeper) With correct buckle (Used from 1863-1872). The mid-late war belt was developed in 1862/63 for easier use of the keeper. The old loop type was replaced by the use of the patented brass Clip keeper, which allowed the soldier to leave the belt plate on the belt when putting it on, and stop the soldiers from cutting off the leather loop that the clip replaced. Comes complete with US Mid-Late war belt Size 32-40 Waist ..$60.00
1 MSC Confederate Leech & Rigdon Saber Belt Iron Dyed, with L&R Rectangular CS Spoon & Wreath Plate. (1861-65)
These belts were manufactured by Leech and Rigdon for the CS government during the war, and saw use in the Army of Tennessee along with other products of the Leech & Rigdon firm in the other theaters of the war. The belt is totally hand sewn and is Iron dyed. Featuring iron wire adjustment hook and L&R Cast Brass Sword snaps as per original examples. This is a perfect addition to that impression as an Officer or Cavalryman Size 32-40 Waist .. . $150.00
1 MB1 Militia Web Belt with Early type (1820s)Brass Square Plate (1820-1900)
Commonly encountered in period pre war and early war images, this belt is made from a correct weave militia web copied from an original in my collection, picked up off of Manassas battlefield.
The plate itself is a sheet brass square, self-adjusting plate, with two tines on the back of the plate that go into the webbing to secure it. The other end has a brass wire keeper for the buckle to be attached.

1 MSC Confederate Converted US Plate to "CS" with Belt
(1861-65)
This Iron dyed belt is fitted with a Converted US Plate for CS Issue. These Converted Plates are encountered in relic collections and can be seen in Steve Mulinax's book on CS Belt Plates.
These plates were in general collected off the field after battle, Packed and shipped to the arsenal, Let out on contract to small shops for conversion. & then were fitted to belts for re issue. They were converted in a few ways. This particular copy is made by taking the lead out of the back of the plate, re-working the "U" into a "C", and putting the lead and hooks back in to the plate, then being fitted to a belt. Made to fit up to 42 Waist

Hand stamped and solders CS egg belt plates. Hooks are made from the correct weight Iron Wire as found on originals. Totally hand fabricated as per the originals out of sheet copper, & stamped from a dye made directly from an original example ... $35.00

6 USCS1 U.S. Leather Canteen Sling, Russet Hand Sewn (1858-1872)
Replacing the tin drum type canteen. The regulation canteen for the Federal Army just previous to the war became the Model 1858 Tin oblate spheroid canteen. This is the regulation canteen sling that was first issued with this canteen. Made of russet oiled leather5/8 wide and 72 long with a thing gauge iron roller buckle, hand sewn with leather keeper and a chape or safe sewn behind it ..$30.00
16 CSCS6 Confederate, Hughes Pendergrass & Snow Web Canteen Sling (1862-65)
Made by the firm Hughes Pendergrass & Snow for the Confederate government. This sling is seen in Echoes of Glory CS & Silvia & ODonnells Canteen book on C.S. Tin Drum & captured U.S. Canteens. It is made with a leather end piece with a buttonhole punched in it. Hand sewn to the webbing with a leather button sewn to the other end. Simple and effective . $25.00

This suspender is made of fine embroiders cloth, a cotton drill backing, with hidden German silver plated imported steel buckles. The suspenders are 1 1/8 wide with period cotton & braded rubber elastic back tabs and have leather back tabs and leather wide . ..$50.00
3 CS Ambulance Corps Hat Bands
These hat bands are copied from the one seen in Echoes of glory on page 127. These are period machine sewn. With Ambulance Corps Hand stenciled on the front, from a hand cut stencil.
These are made to be put on the hat as per the originals were meant to be.

HAVERSACKS
1 CSH7 English Import Haversack (1863-1865)
Copied from two documented Originals. One being identified to a Pvt. Frazier of South Carolina. His name is inked onto the haversack. And survives with a letter from the Daughters of The Confederacy, along with part of his folding knife fork & spoon set. The other is in a private collection. This haversack is of a unique and very British design. The square bag is aprox 11 wide X 10 ½ tall. Two leather straps secure the flap of the bag with iron wire roller buckles. The back strap is held to the bag by two-leather sling attachments holding square rings sewn to the back of the bag. The period machine sewn cotton strap is attached by hand to the square rings.
A great example of imported goods to the Confederacy .$75.00

Copied from specifications from an original dug in the Federal Camps at Fredericksburg. The original is in the Newton Mass, Armed Forces Museum. It is photographed and seen in the book "Civil War Canteens" By Stephen W. Sylvia and Michael J. O'Donnell" Page 122.
The canteen body is on its side with 3 lead bullets for feet, and a pierced fruit can soldered on with a cut out to access the wick/ candle holder (see pics available by email request)
The stove operates on either lamp oil or a candle. The canteen body acts a reservoir for the oil & will keep a cup of coffee warm on top while it gives light to a hut or tent. An initial 15 are made ( and numbered)
These are a fantastic item for that camp impression, or to fill a spot in a collection of a documented soldier made items. Get yours today!
