    Re: Coming Soon...

So needless to say, I'm pretty excited about this new shop. We will have an informative website up soon that will help explain what 'The Depot' is all about. It will also have hours, etc. posted on there in case you would like to stop by while in G'burg.

    E. J. Thomas Mercantile will continue to run as normal both through the website and in the field, this new shop will just be one more outlet where you can purchase from. I will be mainly stocking 'The Depot' with leather, but will have other assorted treats there as well.

Again, I'm very exciting to work with the 4 other vendors through 'The Depot' and hope you all will stop by when you're in town!

Now I REALLY want to go to Gettysburg! Folks, if you have not done business with any of these fine gentlemen, please do so. Their quality, delivery time and customer service are excellent. Keep up the outstanding work gents and hopefully I can make it to Gettysburg one day soon.

Me & Mike Pretus are laready planning our next trip to G'burg. We're going to meet up in Middle of May and see the musical "The Civil War" at Ford's theater, then head up to spend the next couple days in town. Of course bsides all our usual stops such as the bar at O'Rorkes, we'll stop in and look for some finds.
              Best of luck,

Wish I could have "survived" long enough to be a part of this. I am really happy to see different vendors working together for the hobby and their own common good.

                    Hurrah for The Depot!!

Wait...different vendors, producing quality products, together?!

If this is a dream, I don't ever want to wake up!

I look forward to it, gentlemen.

As of right now we have no mid week hours. However that is one detail we have to work out. Wayne is the closest so he may be in and out. We will be working to have special extended hours for certain events as well.. We have a work weekend for the 21st and I hope to have hours and more product detail for everyone. So stay tuned.

I know or have heard all of the names on the list except one, Dick Walters. I did a search here and only came up with this thread. I did a google search with no results either.

What is Dick Walters forte, tin, leather, uniforms, cloth? What does he make or do? Pardon my ignorance! Thanks!
