Handsewn silk and wool housewife kits await the embroidery of your initials.
1. Black, red, and gray wool with black and red silk housewife. Reserved
2. Navy wool with navy, green, burgundy, and gold silk housewife.
Each housewife kit will be stocked with the following items.
Stocked with
• lump of raw beeswax wrapped in linen
• paper backed tin and bone buttons in handsewn poke sack
• patch fabric –FHW jean cloth, C. Childs satinette, FHW satinette, canton flannel, FHW wool flannel
• needles
• thread wrapped on cloth - correct black, brown, tan, blue, and off-white cotton thread
• reproduction postage stamps on 100% rag paper
• hanks of hemp twine in two sizes
• wooden dice
• tin of matches
• tracts
• handsewn poke sack to match housewife in which to carry it all
