That is really a trick question. I have size 40 drawers you made for me that are loose, and a pair of size 44 trousers that are tight. For the most part is size 40 and shrinking.

my natural waist ( the belly button) is 39" (Size 40), 35" inseam, w/extra long arms. (78 1/2" fingertip to fingertip). I'm only 72" tall. actual chest measuement is 46" inches and 210 lbs. I need to lose a few lbs!

Yeah, this is a little difficult for me also. I wear size 32 trousers but I have about a 31 or 30 waist.

Re: Trouser , Natural waist size

              Hallo!

As I posted on the chest measurement, I wear Size 34 OR Size 36 trousers depending upon the maker.

It might be too late, but would it not perhaps be better to ask actual tape measure size rather than get answers like mine with two sizes?

38" waist, hopefully shrinking to 34-36 soon. I'm a weird build; 6"3 1/2, but my inseam is just barely a 34.

                            Mr. Smith,
Taking a cursory look at the survey categories and results, I noticed that the setup only allows for detailed examination of the "large" size of the curve. While only 5% of respondents fall bellow the 32" size, I wonder if it might still would be of use for your purposes to know where exactly they do fall.
