Re: CS Blankets are finally here!

    Folks,

As you can tell from the photo, our long-awaited final shipment has arrived! Today I boxed up several dozen blankets, but we still have plenty more! While we have a finite number of blankets and will not be doing another run, we have over a hundred in stock right now.

So you don't have to go back to the first page of the thread, here is the price information:

Cost of the blankets is $110.00 postage paid.

For orders of five or more blankets, shipped on a roll to the same address the price will be $95.00 postage paid. Get with your messmates and do a blanket issue at your next living history!

More details can be found here: http://wwandcompany.com/index.php/co...-issue-blanket

I will keep everyone updated on this thread as the stock diminishes.

I received mine yesterday and I am very pleased with it. If you are looking for a CS blanket I would recommend one of these.

        Dan,

As many blankets as you have, I'd advocate that you break out the heavy scissors and a staple gun and re-cover that couch. You know, the "issue look" is very in with regard to furniture these days.

          Fred,

Yeaaaaaaah............Not counting computer chairs I think I have only two pieces of furniture that weren't hand me downs. I figured the FHW pillows and the homemade fleece blanket would hide the ugliness of that couch. Oh well.

The kicker is that because we are completely out of storage space the rolls WILL stay on the living room floor until they sell out. My poor long-suffering wife has the patience of a saint!

Well Dave, you could "help" the hobby by lowering the price of your blankets ;)

              Who's Dave?

And it was "the cause" that I was meant to help by lowering prices, not the hobby. Of course that ignored the year of my life and tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket that I had to invest to make this project happen.

For those that don't know, I have a bit of a following on Facebook who occasionally are privy to some of the more interesting requests I get. Frank's making a poke at me for one epic request I got last fall.

                    Logan,

Not much of a story, really. Just a fellow sent me a long email detailing why I should lower my price to help "the cause." Not really sure if he knew I was a born and bred Michigander...

                        Dan,

It doesn't seem like the link is working - can we get a new one? I'm definitely interested in a blanket. Thanks-

Without a doubt one of the best blankets I have ever purchased. The quality of this blanket is top notch. Don't wait as long as I did to get one. Thanks for the quick delivery Dan.

Looks like in the latest server transfer on our website something happened to the picture of our blanket with the original, so I am reposting it. Enjoy!
