We currently have two groundsheets and one floorcloth in stock and ready to ship.
The groundsheets are painted cloth and measure approximately 6' x 4' with a reinforced handsewn grommet in each corner. These are stamped with a makers mark copied from an original painted cloth seabag that resides in the Civil War Naval Museum in Columbus, GA. Price is $55 each + shipping. We should have some pictures ready to post later today or tomorrow morning. SOLD OUT!
The floorcloth is painted to look more well worn than many of our other offerings. Some of our reading on original floorcloths indicates that many of these items were painted over mulitple times. This floorcloth was created to replicate that. While the lines are crisp, you can see different shades of color around the edges in some areas thus giving it the feel of an item that has been repainted more than once. So, please understand that this is made to look rather used and "homey" (would you believe it takes more work to make one look rough as opposed to new?). A photo is attached. Price is $95 + shipping.
Additionally, we have two of the unpainted CS haversacks patterned after the Moses Alexander bag in stock. These are entirely handsewn in a heavy cotton drill with bone button closure. These are also the haversacks called for in the guidelines for the upcoming "In the Van" event. Pictures will follow later today. Price is $30 + shipping.
We will combine shipping on multiple items and accept payment in the form of check, money order, or paypal (add 3% to cover paypal's extortion fees, please).
