  • Announcement: C.S. Cap Pouch Clearance

I am cleanning out my inventory of in stock Cap Pouches to make room for new products. Thanks to all who look!!

    CP1 (3 Available)

Hampton Legion style cap pouches. The original that these are copied from is at the South Carolina
Relic Room and belonged to Pvt. Robert Johnson, of Hampton’s Legion. The cap pouches are iron
dyed and cod oil and tallow stuffed. The lead finials are cast off of an original dug finial in my
collection. The stitching is done at 8 stitches per inch, as is the original.

    $70 w/shipping

    CP2 (2 Available)
G.N. Wyman & Co. style cap pouches. These cap pouches are left natural (undyed) like the originals
but are cod oil/ tallow stuffed to protect the leather. They come with a hand cast lead finial based off
of an original in my collection. These pouches are almost the same pattern as the Hampton
Legion cap pouches, just minus the dye and the stitching is 6 stitches per inch.

    $70 w/ shipping

    CP5 (3 Available)
Painted cloth cap pouch, with hand cast lead finial. (Photo shows wood finial, but all three have lead finials) The body closure tab and side ears are iron dyed and cod oil
    finished.

    $70 w/ shipping

    CP7 (2 Available)
English belt mounted cap pouch. They are sometimes called a Brunswick rifle pouch. They are made
of bridle Leather and are iron dyed and cod oil finished. The brass finials are hand turned.

    Brad,

Bring whatever does not get snatched up to Rivers Bridge. I would love to see them in person.

              Brad,

I will take one of the CP5's if still offered. Will get you the payment and pick it up this weekend if that is OK.

Got my cap pouch this weekend and once again must say that Brad does a great job with construction and detail. Looks even better on my Malone made belt.

I am a proud owner of the Hampton Legion cap pouch you made, Brad... it has served me very well with constant use since River's Bridge 2003. It is a testimonial to your craftsmanship. :D
