These are the items currently on the shelves at AKM Dry Goods.....
3 painted cloth groundsheets. These groundsheets are unhemmed and have no grommets. The edges are left raw which gives them a nice "field expedient" look. These are painted on 10 oz. canvas and are cut to be 48" x 72" prior to painting. Sure, they're not fancy, but they're a great addition to any CS kit. New Lower Price - $30 ea.
1 painted cloth groundsheet same as above only a tad shorter due to "operator error" on a measurement. *Ahem* Cut to 48" x approx. 64" prior to painting. My ineptitude yields a savings opportunity for a more vertically challenged living historian. $25.
3 painted cloth groundsheets with 4 handsewn grommets. These are back to the usual 48" x 72" length (another run of the longer ones is coming soon) and they are painted on a nice 10 oz. canvas. Good for use a groundsheet, shebang, emergency parachute, firewood cover, rain cape, or as the perfect place under which to hide your "liberated goods" from the orderly sergeant. $55 ea.
1 CS Moses Alexander haversack. Entirely handsewn (yes, even the strap) out of a heavyweight cotton drill with a bone button closure for our everyday low price of only $30. SOLD!
2 CS painted cloth haversacks. Patterned after the Moses Alexander bag dimensionally. Entirely handsewn with a pewter button closure. Keep your rations dry! You should decide when your weevil infested ground corn gets mixed with water - Mother Nature shouldn't! $35 each..
