Folks,
Just a quick note to let you all know that we have lost out email database. This will not affect 99% of our customers, but there were a few (especially ones overseas) who have submitted orders entirely through email and their orders have been lost.
To clarify, we were not hacked or attacked. All information in the emails has been destroyed, and a promised backup by our hosting company was not performed. So no one's information is out there.
So what I need from you all is that if you submitted an order entirely by email then I need you to get in touch with me (preferably by replying to our original email conversation.)
If you phoned in your order you are fine and do not need to do anything.
