Go here to see the original "Oklahoma Jacket" that Mr Sexton's outstanding Trans-Mississippi jacket is based on. http://authentic-campaigner.com/arti...n/cdjacket.htm

        Greetings Folks,

I just wanted to thank those who have ordered so far; we only have the overcoat and Trans-Miss jacket left! Brad and I should have other lists ready in the next few days so keep a look out. Thanks again!

Well, I got the lined trousers and the overshirt in the mail today and all I can say is Holy S***! These items are some of the most detailed items I have ever seen. No wonder when I showed the vest and shirt I got from Neil my fiancee almost started crying. She could not believe a man could sew so well. Just unreal Neil:baring_te
I"ll take the Trans Miss Jacket Neil. If more items come from Neil come up Get them folks. Neil makes great citizens items to, and the prices for the amount of work put in them is cheap.
          Cheers:D

            Terry,

Tell Nancy I feel her pain :cry_smile--and have done so since Neal Sexton first sent me some samples of his natural dye work on fabrics several years ago.

Technically, he is as good as I am-and being an exacting fellow, and strong too, he can undertake what I cannot--the constant lifting, turning, airing, and stiring of steaming wet wool that is required to get a good even color on fabric.

I rarely do fabric anymore for just that reason. These days, I'm having trouble even lifting a dye skein out of the pot. I'd love to know what 2 pounds of dry weight yarn tips the scales at, when its being straight-armed out of a boiling pot with a long forked stick, streaming dye and steam. My arms say it must be 50 pounds......

              Terry/Terri,

Thanks for the kind compliments. The Trans-Miss jacket will be on it's way tomorrow to Mr. Sorchy. Hard to believe everything went so fast too; many thanks folks. As mentioned, Brad and I will have our own lists posted soon so stay tuned.

Thank goodness Sorchy got the Trans-Miss jacket so he can quit arm twisting me for my Appler...:D

Neill, you could sell ice cubes to Eskimos but this was too easy. :D The US issue shirt is fantastic - please pass to Mr S that he rocks...again.
