Early last week, I contacted Mr. Cavanaugh concerning making a sword belt using a privately purched buckle. He returned my call the next day and acknowledged this could be done. Last Friday, I sent him the buckle and a check for the belt via Priority Mail. Lo and behold, in today's mail, I received the finished product.... seven days from my mailing to receipt of the finished order! My hats off to Mr. Cavanaugh and his fine products and exempliary service. Wish I could turn around roofs that quickly....

Mr. Cavanaugh does great work. Like D. says, the turn around time is great. I got my shelter half within a week when I ordered it.
