As a wedding gift I received a wonderful artilley kepi from Brother Kiev, and the work is excellent. I have three caps by him, probably ranging in all three stages of his work with caps, each getting better than the previous one. This kepi is top quality and the price can certainly not be beat. It was not until I had some of Kiev's caps that I finally gave the ole faithful slouch hat some deserved time on the shelf. Thanks again Kiev for your friendship and such a fine hat!
