I placed an order with Kiev at TME for a civilian sack coat and vest. He took the time to email with me about sizes and what I was looking for in terms of "impression". He was quick with a quote and let me know a rough time frame. I gave him my need by date and placed the order back in March.
Knowing that quality products take time, I waited before I contacted him and then asked for just a simple status. Kiev was quick with his responses (never more than 24 hrs before a reply).
He called me when he encountered a problem with obtaining the cloth he needed for my coat and offered me some options.
I received my coat before AoA and was able to use it and the vest that weekend. The coat fit me quite well and looks good.
Kiev was always up front about the status of my order and what might cause a delay if anything. His response to my emails was some of the best I have seen and I am very pleased with the coat and vest.
