Much has already been written about WW&Co and Dan and Brian, on these boards. However, I will add my own two cents. During an otherwise bleak afternoon, I received today what I consider the very best garment I now own for this Hobby; a brand new CS Frock made by WW&Co.
It was made using their Corinth Jean (and I was told today that a duplicate of this coat was also made for a gent in Texas, I am sure he's as happy as I) and it fits very comfortably and has a pleasant brown color to it. Given my own budgetary limits and the limits of available room with a baby on the way, plus all of life's daily chaos, I do not own a large collection of uniforms. Instead I have the bare needs and very little else for this hobby. I wanted a single coat that I could wear to as many events as I can and they really came through for me.
I should add that I received this coat exactly when I was originally told to expect it; perhaps sooner actually. As others have already written, Dan was very patient with me on the phone and in our email exchanges, making the whole experience very pleasant.
I would like to add something about quality people. I will not say that I am ignorant of the material culture of our hobby, but I will say that its nice when you meet someone who treats you well and is willing to take time out of their day to put up with you. We're all lucky that we get to deal with god people when it comes to our vendors. Don Smith is one of those people, and so is Dan at WW&Co.
You encounter a lot of nice folks in this hobby, which is the best part of it by far. I would certainly say that the folks at WW&Co are among the very best.
Thank you gents!
