Contact Bill at E.J. Thomas, he's made these scabbards before even though they are not listed on his page, he should be able to help you out.

The Richmond Depot sells a full set of webbing (including scabbard). I own one made by them, and I was very pleased with it. Thanks

I've seen E.J. Thomas' and it is top notch.

I take it that you're probably looking for the U.S. Model 1816 scabbard? I've seen only two or three examples of this style being used with webbing sets.

One such example comes from Reilly's American Socket Bayonets and Scabbards (Andrew Mowbray Incorporated, Publishers, 1990). The other I found at a relic show in Mechanicsville, Va. this past year (photo attached).

At one point, I had a reproduction one made by C&D Jarnagin Co. (completely hand-sewn) and I thought they did an overall good job.
