    my 2 cents...
You get what you pay for. Also we must remember to help the new guys avoid the rip offs. I remember being a fresh fish looking at the authentic repros and being intimidated by the price tags than looking at the streamer gear and thinking "why thats a little bit better". I didn't even know about buttonholes at that point. Thankfully I was steered in the right direction by a veteran without wasting too much on the cheap stuff.

Rather than hate too much on the streamers (which is easy to do), to grow we must kidnap them instead! ; )

Hey Charles, het is een schande dat u het geen Nederlands spreekt.
U zou pret hebben voor shure.
      But back to the topic:
It is like all of you said: You got what you paid for.
It is allways a problem to explain newbies to save their money and order
well-made authentic items from well known vendors. That this is the better way to wait and have the "real stuff".

      By the way:
They ve translated all word by word.

What's sad is probably someone out there is saying that, and they are serious about it.
I will buy one too and we can all show up as officers to the next mainstream event. That is the way it appears that officers get picked on that side of the hobby anyway. The last event I appeared at, there were Colonels leading twenty or so and they all looked like something out of "Gone with the Wind."

For my money, I would rather pay Dan or Chris to make my clothing any day of the week when I don't make it myself.

        Dan,

there is always a loud one with no sense of decency or tact, lurking around the corner somewhere. I am sorry that it happened to you and Brian.
