Tim Allen is making hats again. I don't have his contact info but S&S Sutler in Gettysburg had several new Allen hats in stock a few weeks ago. Perhaps Tim Sheads has his contact info or can order for you. http://www.ss-sutler.com/ Good luck!

I know this is a answer to an old thread but yes, I am making hats again. I am however making them as I can through Tim Sheads S&S in Gettysburg. I try to keep him stocked the best I can. My day job has really left me not much time anymore. In any event, if S&S does not have what you need, ask Tim Sheads to get in touch with me and I'll make what ever you want.
