The Richmond Depot/Fenny are top-notch. I have ordered several items from them and was highly pleased. The turn-around time was great and the service excellent. Really enjoyed doing business with them and will continue to do so.

I can't sing anything but praises for the work that Fenny Haines has done for me. I am fortunate enough to own 4 of her jackets and frocks, 3 of them custom made, and each was spot on to what the design that I wanted. My enlisted frock in particular fits to a 'T'. Great job on this one in this thread, too, that fabric is enough to tempt a gent to getting a 5th jacket from her...Travis C. Hébert

She has actually made three or four items for me, and I've been thrilled with all of them. She is currently making me a frock coat like the one in the picture.
