Friends,
Wanted to share with you a positive experience with a vendor. The one pair of Federal enlisted trousers I have owned since 1999 were made by CJ Daley have seen their better days. I opted to go with Bristol Hollow for a new pair since they had the fabric on hand and I had previously purchased a CS issue shirt from them and have been very happy with it. I received the trousers and unfortunately after a few hours of wear the fabric blew out. Bristol Hollow kept their word and replaced at their cost with a new pair of trousers. The blown out pair on the left was supposedly fabric commissioned by S&S Sutler from Family Heirloom Weavers. The pair on the right is the replacement. Now that's customer service! http://www.bristolhollow.com
