  • Has Anyone Dealt with Veteran Arms?

Has anyone had any dealings with Veteran Arms? Are their products good, decent, or poor quality? Lastly is their customer service decent?

I can only speak to their responsiveness via email. I reached out them a couple of years ago with some questions and they got back to me within a day. Their weapons are imported from India and, if I understand correctly, Veteran Arms drills the holes in the barrels to make them fireable. I don't know exactly how good they are but there have been a few stories of these type guns blowing up since they were never really intended to be fired.

In my opinion, it's better in the long run, to put out the extra money to purchase an Italian reproduction that you know has been proofed and is an actual firearm. Plus, some of the Indian guns have blatant errors like being the wrong caliber, smoothbore instead of rifled, etc.
