Although not in the midwest on Aug.19 30 miles east of Laramie we had a double Fed Ex truck and a contract mail hauler along with 7 other rigs crash and burn. Happens more often then you think.

Hopefully my shoes (from a city 30 miles west of the crash site) weren't on that truck, since that's an order I've been waiting on.

Late afternoon worked for me also. After many weeks of calling early in the day, I took a shot and called around 5pm and talked to Beth Ann. They were amazingly helpful if not just a bit hard to get a hold of.
Keep trying, they are there.

Got my shipping notice last night.

I was never complaining about delivery time. My main point was that if someone is going to use an old mode of ordering (sending payment through the mail), then they should at least let you know that your money made it there safely (since they do have email capability).

Now if I just knew that my shoes from Laramie didn't burn up on that other truck.

Just for the record, MB&S not only took care of my problems, but they did it with lightning speed and the high quality workmanship they are known for. I am a very satisfied customer.

I just recieved my "Baton Rouge" fork toungue belt today (Nov 27) , I mailed the m.o. on Nov. the 11th, the belt is everything I was looking for , a great price also.
I spoke with the Serios by ph, they were very nice .
I would do bussiness with them anytime.
