  • Don Smith Forage Cap

I just wanted to give a "Thumbs Up" to Don Smith. A while back I ordered a sword belt from Don (beautiful!) and he provided me with a gift certificate for my next order. I was in the market for a private purchase federal forage cap and decided as long as I had the gift certificate I would give Don the order. Well all I can say is WOW! The cap is made from that beautiful hainsworth cloth. It's beautifully shaped and constructed with incredibly tight stitching and a beautiful quilted lining. Over the years I've observed, handled and own a number of original forage caps including the private purchase cap so perhaps the best compliment I can give is this; with the exception of it's newness, this cap truly looks like an original!
