  • W.W. & Company

I just recieved my 4 Button jacket from W.W. & Company today, and I have to say it's great. Doing business with Mr. Wambaugh and Mr. White was truely a pleasure and the product was outstanding. I will be a return customer.

I have to second that. I just got the stripped canteen sling from Dan, The picture on thier site does not do it any justice. If anyone is looking for a new canteen sling W.W. is the place to go. Thanks Dan!

You're right about that canteen sling. I ordered one a few weeks ago. Outstanding product and great service. I look forward to order more items from them.

I can only echo the above comments. A first rate service from a truly excellent vendor. Extremely helpful, fast delivery, and a very friendly service indeed from these two gentlemen, (Messrs, Wambaugh & White), and that canteen sling is awesome!

The customer service is also worth a mention. Emails are returned quickly. There was a small problem with a kit I got from them and they corrected it quickly and efficiently.

A couple of us have some of his frock coats and they are superb. I have a CD depot coming I can't wait to see.

I purchased on of their CS "Donelson" overcoats that they offered last year and must say it's one of the best investments I've ever made in this hobby! They truly delivered on all their promises!!! Great people to deal with!

I have a W&W CS Frock package deal that i bought earlier in the year, Kind of last min i called Dan and asked him if he made vest's he said not anymore.I then pleaded with him to make a vest for me. He did say yes (thank you Dan) mind you this was last min. when i placed the call. Not only did he make the vest for me. i recieved everything the exact day that he said it would be there. When it was just the trousers and frock. When i opened the package my jaw droped at how great his work is. If anyone is wanting to place an order with W&W i strongly sugest that you do you wont be sorry. Customer service and quality work i give them an A+.

                Re: W.W. & Company

I have a SA fatigue blouse and SA trousers made by W. W. & Company. They are outstanding in every detail. Besides the quality of their work, it was a pleasure to do business with Brian and Dan. My emails were always promptly answered and my phone calls either answered or returned. In addition, my order was shipped as promised. Certainly Dan and Brian have earned a great reputation as vendors, but I want to say that they are equally outstanding living historians. I had the pleasure of being in the CS ranks with them at the ONV's event at Old World Wisconsin this past Labor Day weekend. Dan and Brian know how to soldier. They marched, drilled, skirmished, firpered, cooked salt pork, stood picket duty and ect. I was with Dan on night picket duty and his post was in the woods. The skeeters were thick and blood thirsty to the point where most men would have been run out of the woods, but Dan never left his post until properly relieved. I have soldiered for many years (including active duty) and I was very impressed with Dan and Brian in the field. I am looking forward to serving in the ranks with them again, and they have earned my loyalty as a customer in the future also.
                Regards,

                  Regards,
I myself pruchased two shirts from Dan and Brian at the Old World event, and they are of
the highest quality - wore one last Sunday and got a lot of compliments on it.
They also soldiered well, and made my job as 3rd Sgt. and Sgt of the Guard that much
easier. The only time I had any problems at all were when I went to check on their
post Sunday afternoon, hollered for them and no answer - feller walking by said he had
seen two Confederates walking toward the Yankee lines under a white flag some 20
minutes ago. Two more men whittled from our force, which was some smaller when
we all surrendered officially an hour or so later! It added to the effect that I did not know
they had to leave early for the long drive home, and for a few seconds I am sure my face
showed the frustration and tired resignation of an NCO used to desertions by this time,
but still not happy about it. Just another period moment for this one, which had more
                  than a few.
I hope Dan and Brian will join our ranks for future events. They will be most welcome.
Your most obedient servant and comrade,

I took advantage of Dan's December 10% off sale and ordered the CS/Civilian drawers he had. Great item great fit. This is the second item I have purchased from them and couldn't be more pleased.
