In the future, if you have problems with an Approved Vendor's service, please start a thread in the Help Desk. Explain your circumstances and the AC Admin will attempt to help resolve the dispute.

That thread will only be viewed by you and members of the AC Admin.

Please exhaust this step before taking it to the public arena.
