OK I am going to kill three birds with one post here. I have just made purchases from these three vendors and wanted to give public thanks to all three.
Historic Clothiers: Nick ************ & Robert Collett were both very helpful with my purchases. The communication & order updates were excellent. All the items came well within the time frame I asked for, and they are all TOP NOTCH to boot. Nick, Robert thank you for the service and excellent goods.
Tim Bender: I called Tim on the phone to ask some questions and ended up ordering two hats from him. Tim could not be nicer and asked all the right questions to assure a proper fit on the hats. Less than two weeks later I had two fantastic hats sitting at my doorstep. The Purves hat I purchased fits like he used my head as the hat block! It is the BEST fitting hat of any kind I have ever worn. Tim, thank you for the excellent & fast service, the hats are beautiful!
Ezra Barnhouse: John & Beth have both been great putting up with my numerous e-mails full of questions, they always answer back promptly with the info I'm looking for. My order arrived quickly and the goods were top notch. I had some questions about fit on one item and they offered to exchange right away. The item is actually fine as it is, but I was pleased with the level of customer service. John, Beth thanks and expect more e-mails full of questions from me soon!
The three above listed vendors did a bang up job for me and I would not hesitate to recommend them, and their products to anyone.
