I can't agree more. I ordered my first pair of trowsers, JT Martins, from him a few weeks back, and I'm sure now they had arrived within the week if not only a couple days. I'm going to sound repeatative here but I concur, Bill Lomas has great customer service. Not only did he promptly return emails regarding questions on a few civilian blankets that my mess was inquiring about but provided additional pics of several other blankets as an additional option for us. These items were immediately shipped out to us once a decision was made.
