Hello,
I have for sale an original and correct 1842 harpers ferry musket. It has all the correct V markings even on the hammer. And inside of lock/lock parts. Its in decent condition. Would make a nice reenactor gun or shooter as the bore is super nice. It’s dated 1847, on both lock and barrel. Though the last number can be a bit hard to make out but at the right angle it says 1847 also. It has quite a bit of mottling throughout and the butt plate is pretty pitted. But it’s an honest piece. It comes with a bayonet also not pictured.
I’m at $1350 plus shipping. Will consider trades and 2nd gen colt black powder revolvers.
