WTB: Shoes or Bootees, Size 9 or 9.5?

Growing boy, needs shoes.
I'm not ready to invest in new, high-end shoes yet... he'll grow out of them too fast!

So, does anyone have a decent pair of period shoes or bootees?
Size 9 or 9.5 should give a bit of growing room, so he doesn't outgrow them too fast.

I'm not picky on style:

• Fed issue
• CS issue
• Civilian
• Bootee
• Shoe
• Whatever!

You should try Louis Varnell in Chickamauga, Ga (right across from the battlefield). He has a used reenactor shop that will probably have what you want at decent prices. I think his place is called.....well, I can't think of it, but the staff at Chickamauga will probably have his number or the name of the place.
