What I find interesting is the right side of his suspenders appear to have some sort of repair done to them.

I agree with my Corpral Ryan Halsey.He does appear to be a little big for the shirt.I sometimes have this problem with my older shirt,but my other one I have the opposite problem with.

It most likly fit fine when he bought or was issued the shirt. He probley washed it and it got a little smaller. Just an idea!
