  • C.S. Regs

Moderators please move this if it's in the wrong folder.

I did a quick search and didn't have much luck. I tried under "C.S. Regs", "C.S. Regulations", and "Confederate Regulations".

If memory serves I know they had them, so my question is, is there any reproductions of these? Preferably a copy that is museum quality.
    thanks

It might help to specify which "CS Regulations" you're looking for...

    Uniforms, Ordnance....etc.

          Kurt,

Search the Advancd Book Exchange. Type in "Confederate Regulations" under title and you'll find reprints of the 1863 regs for as little as $12.

Years ago, the National Historical Soceity (Gburg)published an exact copy of the "Regulations for the Army of the Confederate State" and a companion reprint for the United States. The CS regs copied was carried by Capt J. L. Powers of the 22nd Va Battalion. (His name was hand written in the original). I have a copy. The original was published by J. W. Randolph of Richmond, 1863.

Morningside Books reprinted the CS Ordinance manual from Charleston. Perhaps you can search these publishers or ebay.
