  • Cloth Accouterments

At one point of time I ran across one of the Approved Vendors manufacturing Confederate painted cloth accouterments. Now I seem to not be able to locate them, or overlooking them. Can someone point me to a maker, or makers, of these?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Try Don Smith (Trans-Mississippi Depot) or Missouri Boot and Shoe. Both of these vendors make painted cloth equipment. Thanks

      Re: Cloth Accouterments

Butch Myers has made a couple painted cloth cartridge box straps for me and I have seen other painted cloth items that he has made - all of which are nothing short of excellent. Butch can be contacted at 804-288-9380 or send him a letter at 6507 Horsepen Road; Richmond, Virginia 23226.

      Good Luck

          Jas,
Check with Brad Malone he is a approved vendor and makes some of the best accouterments I have seen.

Does anyone have Jason's contact info.On the site he has said that he can no longer take orders and the e-mail that is provided on the website does not work.

I also tried to email Jason a while back with no response. I ended up ordering a set from Eric Woods (Dirty Back Boys)- check out my thread in the other vendor discussion for detail. I am very pleased!

Too bad Jason isn't up and running. I got a couple of items from him that were really nice. I always wanted to get a set of painted accouterments. :(

Try MO Boot and Shoe. Mr. Serio has some painted canvas cartridge boxes that are quite bully. Copied from the originals. Hoping to get one myself.
