Anyone know a good source for this? I'm aiming for the plain style, simple and somewhat subdued. (Not the shoulder straps or "circlets"). Need a set of Captain's bars asap.

I'll second the suggestion for Stephen Osman. He carries a set that confirms to General Order 286 of November 1864 as well as regular straps. I emailed him this morning about a set of captains straps and they will be in the mail tomorrow. You can't be that!
