Reproduction New testaments can be found at a number of sutlers: Fair Oaks used to carryb them, and I believe you can check Sullivan press (Which also carries a repro of the 1861 Soldier's Prayer book [Episcopal], for wich there are Union & Confederate versions). As for a full, 66 book King James bible, that really is an atnique store special. My copy is a red, Morroccan leather "pocket size" 1839 bible. (3 inches in the spine)...Alas, you'd need magnifying glass eyes to read it...but I do use it in the field...BUT it was an accidental find in an antique shop.

Hey Charles, who sells those 3-volume Casey's now?
Clark, any sutler worth a toot has these familiar dark green and gold reprints. I would certainly nope this is an essential in the stocks of the "approved" vendors, too. The "fourth volume" is also available. Of course, it is but a blank book, but a darn nice one.
I kept my old blue "toilet tank edition" reprint with the extra large size typeface as it is good for camps of instruction, casual reading, and as a functional beer coaster.
