Quilted lining of a federal officer's jacket?

Anyone have any pics? I've seen a smattering of rough shots of period quilting on random jacket linings, but does anyne have any reference photos of the inside of a federal officer's private purchase shell jacket? I've heard a lot about how wild those can be, but I'm coming up short for pics on which to base a new sewing project.

Someone mentioned that colored thread could be seen in some cases. I'd love to see an example of this.
