Letters home...

Okay All,

This might not be the exact place for this, but I feel it's better here than in the Sinks...
I'm looking for letters home. Specifically from western soldiers and even better if it's from an Illinoian , but if you have on that's really cool, do share. I know there has to be some really great accounts in private collections out there that haven't seen the light of day in no telling how long.

Thanks much Annette and Scott...Unfortunately, here in Illinois were too busy putting our Governors in prision to actually get anything done at the state level like getting historical documents online to make them more accessable... TEH

Here is a link to my ancestors letters. Fredrick Kehrwecker 31st O.V.I and John Kehrwecker 96th O.V.I There is great detail in some of the letters. I hope you find it usefull!
