5th Virginia Uniform

Wanting to get the proper uniform for the 5th Virginia Infantry, Company D that they wore at Manassas. According to the Virginia Regimental History Series, Company D wore gray pants, a blue fannel jacket, and a naval cap. I was wondering if anyone could possibly tell me exactly what all that means in regard to the flannel jacket and the naval cap (blue, gray) etc. Any help would be most appreciated it!
