Button Help

Hi,
Here are the pictures of the button that I posted on earlier. I have looked on line and through many books, but have not come up with anything that matches. I appreciate your help in this matter.

It is probably a foreign navy button. I don't think its American, but I'd suggest checking out international military button and militaria sources.

Just a friendly bump. Also, I did find one that looked like it, but it had stars above the eagles head. These do not have any unless they have rubbed off. The buttons came out of a jar that belonged to a friend of mine's great, great grandmother.
