While not a cap box, T. E. Chase of the 5th Massachusetts Battery talks about coming across a CS cartridge box along the line of the Chickahominy. In a letter dated 5/31/62 he notes: " On the road [from Hanover Court House]I picked up a cartridge box marked inside 'CS Arsenal, Baton Rouge, La." From: "History of the 5th Massachusetts Battery," page 286.

As [one of our cavalry] passed by, the general halted him and inquired "what part of the army he belonged to." "I don't belong to the army, I belong to the cavalry." "That's a fact," says [the general], "you can pass on." Silas Grisamore, 18th Louisiana

The Baton Rouge Arsenal was operating much later (well not really MUCH later) than Magee and George. I have no firm proof on this but I would be willing to bet that a Magee and George Box would work for an early ANV impression. If I were you, I would give Serio or Butch a call and see what they say about it, be prepared to talk though.
