Enfield Carbine Rear Sight

I recently picked up a nice Euroarms P61 Artillery Carbine for cheap that I would like to make into a more authentic P58 Artillery Carbine. As most of you know, the incorrect ladder rear sight has to be replaced with a flip-leaf type. I have searched high and low and can't locate anything even close! Any ideas?

You might try Lodgewood or S & S Firearms for an original.
