Schuylkill Arsenal sack coats

I am trying to find out what would be the most common features of a early mid-war SA made sack coat. 3 piece or 4 piece body? 1 piece or 2 piece sleves? And the collar, squared or rounded edges? The Danish exchange shows rounded collar edges. Also it appears to not have a lining.
