Wanted to share with you my hardtack crate stencil. I found a local stencil company who was able to produce
two stencils made of mylar. The company had me send them a pdf version of the file so they could create the stencil.
Had to pay a one time set up fee plus the cost of two stencils.Click image for larger version

Shoot me a note if you want the pdf file.

Now to find a source for rough cut 1 x 10 pine.

          Re: Cracker box stencil

If I could upload pdf files to this forum I would post the Robert Stears and Co and the Union Mechanical versions.
The pdfs came from scans out of AJ Hamler's Civil War Woodworking book. I had my stencil produced by Custom Cut Stencil
          out of Belleville, IL http://www.customcutstencil.com
Size of the stencil is 16' x 27"
Feel free to e-mail at msusnis@hotmail.com if you want the pdfs

Here you go. This will link to a download of the high-res stencil (about 2-1/2 meg).
