Jackson's Haversack????

I've been thinking about making my own CS officers haversack. I'm leaning towards a simple design like Stonewall Jackson's. Has anyone ever examined it in detail and have measurements, seen the interior or know how the leather strap is attached?

I have some close ups I took of this haversack while I was visiting the MoC. I will post them tomorrow if possible. Unfortunately they were taken through the display glass though.

Thanks! I think I can work with what info I have. You can clearly see it does have a gusset.

I never got a response from the MOC about my request for s spec sheet.

Even though the haversack is physically on display at the MOC, you may be able to contact either the Museum at VMI or at the Jackson House in Lexinton, VA to see if they have any records of it themselves as far as the make and measurements, in case you do not hear back from MOC. Just my two cents...
