Hello All,
I started a Facebook page that is called ACW Infantry, Artillery and Cavalry Equipments. I stated the page as a customer had asked about a class for his unit on accouterments. Being a busy Leather Head I decided to open up a page to showcase nothing but Gear from the 1839-1864 time period. If you want to look at cool photo's of gear it is the place. I have tried to keep the images in separate photo Albums. With each album I try to put in a little background as well as contractor info to help answer the 3 questions I hear the most. What it? Who used it? Does this fit my impression? I hope in some ways to help out with that. I ask any and all who have items of original gear in their collection to post them up if not sure on an item ask me and we will figure it out together or with the help of the already 200+ people on the page.
