Good segment, I was not aware that the Colt conversions (the one that kind of resemble the reproduction Pedersoli US 1816 drum conversion) ended up with Garibaldi in Italy. Explains why Pedersoli copied that kind of oddball conversion for their US 1816. At least one example stayed in Italy.

My brother and another collector both got theirs at auction from Italy. Getting stuff into the U.S. and the taxes their are a bite!
