Are you looking for someone who is currently in command of that many troops in the hobby, or is this for someone who will be doing a first person impression / Living historian of a particular General at a particular time during the war?

Yassir, I used to be Mrs. Lawson. I still run period dyepots, knit stuff, and cause trouble.

I would look at someone like the Richmond Depot. They have experience in making museum quality reproductions. Once you start adding in extra features from the quartermaster shop, you will probably have a comparable price in the item. Also, Richmond Depot may have notes on Rhodes' frock IF it survived the past 150+ years. http://www.kabar44.com/frockcoatOfficer.htm
