Never thought of providing this to the A.C. I maintain a website dedicated to the 4th Michigan Volunteer Infantry Regiment. The are several letters, journals, newspaper articles, memorbilia, and original photos of the 4th. This site can provide a beavy of info for Michigan and Eastern Theater impressions. Your name sounds familiar. Didn't you get in contact with some folks from DIV a couple of years ago concerning the 4th Michigan winter camp at Stoneman's Switch? It may interest you to know that the most recent umbrella inkwell I found came from that camp. I've attached a cropped picture of it but I'd be happy to take some better photos of it for use on your website or if you'd just like to see a little better view of a 4th Michigan relic.
