  • ID Tag Stamping???

Anyone have a good lead on getting a personal ID tag stamped? Anyone have a period set of stamps small enough to mark/tag a period brass disk?

Any help or links is appreciated!

    Thank you,
    James Ross

The half dozen or so originals I have seen have the hole just between the word "of" and the "1861" date. This keeps the disc hanging with the eagle right side up. The disc on the web page has the hole in a different place which may not be placed as the originals. Not saying all originals have the holes are at the top, just the originals I have seen. You may want to do a little research to verify where the hole should be before buying one.

Well, if they punch their own holes (I would assume they would), perhaps they can punch it where you feel appropriate? Worth an inquiry I suppose.
