I would advise you to check out the AC Approved Vendors List.
It might be a little bit more money, but ya get what ya pay for.

I would strongly suggest upgrading your clothing options to the utmost degree; do this in order to achieve better quality and/or presentation. The Approved Vendors list, as some have already eluded to, is full of great vendors. ************, as far as vests go, is very worthy of mentioning.

Sorry, friend. I've never seen one, so I can't give you any details. There have been a couple of threads here discussing vests over the years. I'd recommend studying up on them a bit so you can evaluate a vest once you have it in-hand.
