Hello Folks,
Here's a little project I have been working on: I am in the process of uploading photographs of all of the stone and bronze monuments at Vicksburg according to their GPS coordinates. At present I have uploaded 550, with 200 to go. Pay special attention to the View function where you can toggle between road, terrain, and satellite maps. Also of special interest is how the monuments located outside of the park give a good idea of how the lines extended from the south loop to the river. I've also posted a general outline of the Champion Hill battlefield along with a box signifying Big Black River Bridge.
